Meet the Messingham Show organisers and give your support on Saturday 18 March 2pm – 4pm in the village hall.
At last year’s Messingham Show thousands of people enjoyed ‘fun in the sun’
This year’s 112th Show promises to be just as good with the return of the successful Lamb National sheep racing.
The Messingham Show organisers called the Show Committee is made up of enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers, who make the event happen every year. One of our biggest challenges is running the show day itself. We’re always looking for additional volunteers to help ensure the smooth running of the day.
As you can imagine, looking after thousands of people having a good time in a safe setting is the Committee’s top priority.
To talk more about the Show’s history and plans for this year, we’re holding an open event on Saturday 18 March 2pm – 4pm in the village hall. We would welcome anyone to come along to talk about getting involved in the Show.
If you would be able to give some time freely on show day 4 June – say for a couple of hours, then if you can pop along to the event – we would be pleased to see you.
